Legal address is a mandatory element of any Israeli company. Details of the legal address are required at the stage of registration and then will be kept in files of the register of companies. So, if the address changes, the changes must be filed.

This address will be used for all official correspondence (tax, fees, etc.). Also, constituent documents of the company should be stored at this address, and a certificate of the registered entrepreneur (osek murshe) shall be exhibited in a conspicuous place at the official address of the company.
